1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
The service has not been initiated or delivered as per the agreed project scope.
There is a duplicate payment due to a technical error.
A project cancellation is mutually agreed upon before significant work has begun.
Once a service has been initiated (such as strategy planning, design work, or development setup), refunds will not be applicable.
2. Refund Process & Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Subscription-based or monthly retainers once the service period has started.
Completed digital assets such as designs, websites, campaigns, or consultations.
Domain, hosting, or third-party tool purchases made on your behalf.
