At SHURITY, we aim to provide high-quality digital marketing, branding, and website development services to all our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not been initiated or delivered as per the agreed project scope.

  • There is a duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • A project cancellation is mutually agreed upon before significant work has begun.

Once a service has been initiated (such as strategy planning, design work, or development setup), refunds will not be applicable.

2. Refund Process & Timeline

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Subscription-based or monthly retainers once the service period has started.

  • Completed digital assets such as designs, websites, campaigns, or consultations.

  • Domain, hosting, or third-party tool purchases made on your behalf.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Payment reference number

  • Service details

  • Reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
